This place opened in The Gaslamp district of San Diego, sometime around 05.
Its kind of what I consider, tiki bar in a box. You lease a room in the tourist district, fill it with bamboo and carvings, and call it a tiki bar.
While most of the decor was generic tiki, they did have the foresight to acquire some legit pieces from So Cal icon, Bosko Hrnjak.
The drinks were above average, but far from what I would call crafted. The food was also above average, which kept it relevant for a while, until ultimately,
the shine wore off, people went elsewhere, and it finally closed, shortly after we were there.
