Aloha everyone! My name is Doc, and I'm so happy I stumbled upon this wonderful Tiki forum. I'm a long time tiki head, starting my obsession back in the very early 80's growing up in Southern California on neighborhood backyard luau's, family dinners at tiki restaurants, listening to my dad's The Ventures records, and watching reruns of Gilligan"s Island, and the Brady Bunch Hawaiian episodes. I currently create & self publish the quarterly print publication Atomic Monster Magazine, and tiki event organizer/promoter including next year's 2023 day tiki weekender Monster Fink Island Bash Friday October 13-15.

Mahalo! Really appreciate it! Thrilled to be here! I'm actually working on two separate tiki events. Night of the Tiki on November 5th hosted by The Majestic Theater Gilbert including vendors, tropical drinks, DJ, and a double feature at night.
And next year 2023 Monster Fink Island, a 3 day tiki weekender October Friday 13-15 including a tiki marketplace, bands, seminars, pop up tiki bar & other events.
