Sticking with music on vinyl, here’s one of my favorite surf bands. Great White Caps are a 4-piece ensemble that hail from my hometown of Bethlehem PA. Go figure! I was lucky to snag their last record, Screech Beach, in a limited edition autographed by all four members of the band. Sadly, their lead guitarist moved away, but he returns to Bethlehem once a year for vacation, and the guys get together and play a few shows over the weekend. I’m excited to see them again in August. Cowabunga, surf’s up!
