For my three-hundredth consecutive daily blog post, it seems fitting that we look back. With Halloween in the rear-view mirror and the Christmas season in full swing, I highlight another work by Brandi Milne. Long After This shows a crying Jack-O-Lantern bracing itself for winter’s cold while longing for love and acceptance. This seems fitting as we enter sub-freezing nights and frosty mornings.
