This nondescript mug is the last of those displayed on my first mug shelf, which are from early in my Tiki journey. It’s from a place called Tiki Lounge in Pittsburgh PA. I’ve never been there, and the mug came from some friends from Pittsburgh I met at a Tiki event. That makes it special to me. The reviews I read of this place make it sound like a legit spot, complete with water features, Tiki décor, and a dark windowless interior to enhance the escape environment. I need to visit this place the next time I’m in the Steel City. In the meantime, I can enjoy this mug and the risqué matchbook I found to match.
