Now that would look great on my shelf! It looks like the string/rope actually goes through the bottle. Impressive. Depending on the price, I'd buy it.

Tiki in the Adventurer’s Club way. I have one and rum isn’t too bad as a mixer in a Painkiller with another rum. I’ll admit I bought it for the cool bottle.

What's interesting is that they've gone to all-glass bottles now, so I suppose that makes the plastic sheathed ones "collectible." The original is an okay rum, but you're paying a $10 premium for the bottle. Likewise with their chocolate version, which I think is way too sweet. But if you recognize you're buying them for the bottle, all is well. I've got the originals, but will probably spring for the glass incarnations sooner or later.

I like how people are repurposing these things. The lamp is very cool looking. I'll have to check and see how much rum is left in my bottle before I can start work on a project. and Lagoon of Mystery, I also thought the contents are mediocre at best.

how do you run the electric on one of the glass bottles? Can you drill a hole in that?

They also have a 23oz mug available in their merch store. Plastic, good for larger gatherings where everyone can have a mug, but you dont have to worry about the cost of breakage. Not what I would use for 2 to 4 people, but if you got a room full, and your closing in on the 3rd round of drinks, having something cool looking, that doesnt break, will keep the party rolling.
Now what to do about those pesky scoundrels who try to take one home. lol.
