  • 1 ½ oz. Orange Juice
  • 1 oz. Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Flash Blend with Crushed Ice. Garnish: Pineapple Slice & Maraschino Cherry

  • 1 ½ oz. 151 Rum
  • ½ oz. Sloe Gin
  • ¾ oz. Mai Tai Concentrate
  • Squeeze ½ Lime
  • ¾ oz. Lemon Juice
  • 1 ½ oz. Cranberry Juice
  • 2 Dashes Bitters
Flash Blend with Ice. Garnish: Sprig Mint

Samoan Fogcutter

  • 2 oz Trader Vic's Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz Orgeat
  • 2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
Flash Blend with Ice. Top with Sherry Wine. Garnish: Sprig Mint
