The Chandeluxe 2000, Light Show Chandelier.
Theres an online, surplus auction site, that has warehouses all across the country, we have a warehouse about 40 minutes away, so I check it daily to see what treasures are available.
Well, one day, I came across this hanging lamp. Its currently sold on Amazon for around 260 dollars.
It had 2 strands that were missing some of the wooden balls. They were in the bottom of the box, so I was able to easily repair the lamp to its original state. I won the auction, and paid.....44.00.
We started with a double run of woven, programable rope light, around the inside ring.
We then gutted the fixtures in the middle of the lamp and installed a shimmering water light, in the center.
Next, we added a single run of programmable, high definition, COB lighting, around the inside of the outer ring.
Finally, we added a double run of standard programmable strip lighting around the outside ring of the lamp, and secured it using leopard skin duct tape.
Fire em all up, and behold.....The Chandeluxe 2000, light show chandelier. Hundreds of programmable lighting combinations. Sound activation for music, and numerous static color combinations for whatever atmosphere your aiming for.
It has now been installed in the rafters above our newest party area, now under construction, here at The Rapa Nui Ranch, The Castaway Club. (Coming later this summer)
