On the Hunt for elusive cocktail recipes

Hey folks,

New to this site so this is my first thread. Hoping to get plenty of activity with it.

I’m on the hunt for Steven Cranes recipes from his Kon-Tiki and Luau restaurants.

I have the basics like the BoLo, Rum Barrel etc but am looking for the lesser known ones

Welcome to the forum DaveKalyn!

I'll let the members chime in on your recipe request. We have a handful of folks that collect from all over.

Thank you for posting!

Most of Cranes menu were riffs of Dons cocktails. Trying to find those has been a challenge in itself. Drinks like Steve’s Pearl, The Shark and the Lei are no where to be found. Haven’t found them from Jeff Berry to Hurricane Hayward to anywhere else one would look. I have about a dozen or so from Cranes bars and that’s it. One menu I have shows 60 and that doesn’t include many I already have. Dudes recipes are ghosts
