PDXotica is a three day home tiki bar tour based out of the Al Kader Shrine Center in Wilsonville, OR. There is a Friday night Luau with dancers followed by two bands. Saturday morning breakfast is at the Shrine Center and then you board a land yacht with a Skipper and a First Mate to go and see multiple home bars and commercial venues. You are brought back to the Holiday Inn (our sponsor hotel) or to the Shrine Center where the bar opens at 5pm. Both nights we have mixologists from top PDX bars making special cocktails. Saturday evening is a burlesque show produced by Holly Dai followed by two more local surf bands. Sunday is breakfast with the Shriners and then day two of your tiki bar tour to end around 5pm. All of this only costs a mere $300.00! When compared with the other tiki weekend events, we are a steal thanks to the Shriners who are contributing the facility for free, and covering the costs of the caterers and much of the liquor.
