My last trip out of town I was able to visit a few of the local Tiki bars. How many of you make a point of visiting the local establishments when traveling out of town? Do you bring your travel companions or is it your private getaway?

I always try to visit and support local tiki bars. If my travel buddies want to come with it's a party. If not, I do solo tiki just fine. 
When travelling, I always search to see if there are any tiki bars within an hour's drive. If with family, I take them to the tiki bars when possible. When on a business trip, I go alone to any tiki bars.

I always try to seek out whatever tiki bars are in the area. Most however just have a sign that says "Tiki bar" and NOTHING ELSE.
